Meet Rachelle

Rachelle is currently a Customer Success Manager at Cisco supporting Webex. Formerly, she was a Technology Integration Specialist for Oakland Schools ISD servicing Royal Oak Schools, Clawson Public Schools, Clarenceville School District, and West Bloomfield School District. Additionally, she is the creator of ScramblED and a Google Certified Innovator, Coach, Trainer, and Google Educator Group Leader. She is a proud alumna of the Master of Arts in Educational Technology program at MSU. Rachelle also has a bachelor's degree from MSU in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics and a minor in music. She is certified to teach K-5 and 6-8 Mathematics.
As she continues her journey as an educator, she always like to broaden her horizons. One of her teaching goals was to teach somewhere new. She wanted to teach in another state, maybe even overseas. Her hope was that this experience would help her grow as a teacher and open her eyes to many new ideas. She did just that. Rachelle taught elementary technology for two years at Kamehameha Schools Hawai'i Campus and is excited to apply that experience to her current practice.
She has many hobbies which include dancing, running, music, and traveling. In October 2011, Rachelle ran her first marathon. She love all types of music and can play many different instruments. Rachelle was a member of the Spartan Marching Band during college, which was a great learning experience. But, most of all, Rachelle love kids and loves learning! When she teaches, she is doing what she loves.
